booking policy
1.We reserve the right to accept or decline bookings entirely at our discretion.
2.Your contract with us will begin when we issue you with your booking confirmation. Your contract with us will be on the terms set out in these terms and conditions.
3.All bookings are formally confirmed when we issue you with your confirmation invoice. Your confirmation invoice will set out the Accommodation you have booked, the dates of your booking, and the total amount paid for your booking. We will issue you with your confirmation invoice by email.
4.You, as the person making the booking, will be responsible for all members of your party. You, as the person in charge of your party, must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking.
5.Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
6. We can only discuss your bookings (including any changes) with you, we cannot discuss the booking with another member of your party unless you give express consent for us to do so.

Your privacy is important to us .Our website uses industry standard SSL encryption throughout. Every step in our business comply's with UK data protection Act 1998 and EU GDPR 2018 legislation. We will not disclose or sell our customer's data. No tracking or targeted advertising will happen on our website.We only collect the data essential to provide the services to you in a safe straight forward manner.

We use pitch up in connection with bookings. This means if you book through them your information will be held on record with them. They have their own privacy policy on their website that you can view here

cancellation policy
1.Your Accommodation booking is a contract for the provision of leisure services on a specific date or dates and this means that you do not have a statutory right to change your mind and cancel the contract. We do, however, offer you the right to cancel your contract.
2.If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking you must let us know by email or in writing as soon as possible and, in any event, prior to the first day of your booking. Your booking will be cancelled with effect from the day we receive your email or written notification, subject to us deducting cancellation charges as set out below.
3. Our cancellation charges are calculated according to the time between when we receive notification from you that you wish to cancel your booking and the start of your booking. Our cancellation charges are set out below:

The admin fee is £28 plus £12 for your GCC membership a total of £40 is non-refundable after you have booked.

We will be happy to move your holiday to another date that is free with no charge if there is more then 28 days before your booking.
Between 28 & 7 days there is a £28 charge.
Less than 7 days we cannot guarantee we can change your dates for you but please contact us.

Rules for the use of Greener Camping Club Certificated Sites
General

Greener Camping Club Certificated Sites are for the exclusive use of its Members. In order to stay at a Greener Camping Club Certificated Site, at least one member of each occupied camping pitch, or pre-erected structure must hold a valid membership to the Greener Camping Club. Membership runs from 1st January to 31st December each year.

The Greener Camping Club accepts no liability for loss or damage to persons or property, arising from the use of its Certificated Sites.

The activities of The Greener Camping Club are guided by The Country Code, Marine Conservation Society Seaside Code and the Caravan Code.
Upon Arrival

The speed limit on Greener Camping Club Certificated Sites is 5 mph.

Members must report to the Site Owner before pitching, or occupying a pre-erected structure and pay any outstanding fees.

Members must produce a valid membership card when requested to do so by the Site Owner.

Members may only pitch where directed to by the Site Owner.

For fire and safety reasons, tents, trailer tents, caravans and motorhomes must be pitched so that the outside edge is a minimum of six metres from an adjacent unit (pup tents excepted).
During Your Stay

Members must follow all instructions provided by the Site Owner.

Members must recycle their rubbish and deal with waste water and chemical waste (where permitted) as directed by the Site Owner.

Dogs (where permitted), must be kept on a lead of no more than two metres at all times and never be left unattended.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times and there must be no noise or vehicle movements between 10.30pm and 7.30am.

Generators and amplified music are not permitted.

Campfires (where permitted) are not to be left unattended and must be supervised by a responsible adult.

Camping units are not permitted to be left unattended overnight unless agreed with Site Owner.

If the behaviour of a Member, or that of their children or dog(s), causes nuisance to other Members, or there is persistent violation of GCC Rules herein, the Site Owner is empowered to ask the Member to cease the behaviour/violation, or leave the site immediately without refund.

Day visitors are only permitted with the prior agreement of the Site Owner and must report to the Site Owner upon arrival.
Departure Day

Members must vacate their pitch/pre-erected structure on the day of departure at the time requested by the Site Owner.

Vacated pitches/pre-erected structures must be left clear of all personal property and refuse.
